Successfully landing on the Zuikaku will unlock: Approach low and reduce speed to around 75% lower the landing gear and slowly lower speed and altitude as we approach the carrier, once we touch down we will stop quite quickly but if we get to close to the end we can quickly speed up and take off again to retry, (however if we crash the mission will end). Press 'A' to continue and prepare to land on the seemingly very small carrier. Dive bomb the carrier until we get a new objective, proceed in rear gunner view until we get the secondary objective to land on the Zuikaku. Once in the air we're going to rendezvous with our leader and switch to rear gunner view. Be careful when taking off at the start, it may take a few attempts due to the wide and now realistic nature of the aircraft's behaviour, however keep it straight and we should be fine. In the 'Battle Of The South Pacific' mission land on the 'Zuikaku'. Now go to the completed campaign missions list and select the 'Battle Of The South Pacific' mission using our custom difficulty setting.

Now there is a trick to making this difficulty a lot easier, we're going to make a custom difficulty which makes the game think that we're playing on Realistic and will unlock these achievements with greater ease. Now we have to load up three missions on the more difficult Realistic difficulty and complete some specific objectives.
